Kenji Management, LLC (KenjiCo) is a Limited Liability partnership registered in Florida. It is the purpose of KenjiCo to acquire, manage and sell land and real estate properties mainly in the counties of Dade and Broward of the city of Miami. In addition, KenjiCo is also a fully Certified General Contractor by the laws of the Florida Department of Business Professional Regulation (DBPR) exerting under License Number CGC1512897.
The company plans to be leveraged through private forms of financing and venture capitals, as well as a limited number of loans.
KenjiCo will engage in the process of buying from financial institutions and other lien holders, mortgages and properties in distress at a fraction of the appraised dollar value in order to work with the borrower as to reach a suitable agreement that is convenient to all parties involved. This way to gain a margin on the capital difference at the same time as maintaining relations with the borrower and pushing the economy forward.

- Land development
- Standard investments on property transactions (commercial and residential)
- Remodels and repairs by contract.
- Import, distribution and installation of “green” energy saving and smart home appliances such as solar panels, centrally controlled electronic systems, heat treated windows, roofing, flooring and others.
